Products in stock are usually shipped the same day or the next business day. Items available for backorder are typically shipped within 2–3 weeks.

Watches are shipped with a tracking code.
Straps are shipped in a non-tracked letter to reduce costs.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order and the destination.

Default Shipping: Postal Parcel International
Nordic countries: 2–5 working days
Rest of Europe: 3–7 working days
Rest of the world: 6–14 working days

Express Shipping: Posti Express Parcel (EMS)
Available at an additional cost.
EU: 1–3 working days
Rest of the world: 2–8 working days

RETURN POLICY

To initiate a return of a new custom watch, contact us via email at info@blacksmithmods.fi or through our website’s contact form for detailed instructions.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for safe delivery.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original materials included. Items showing signs of use may not be eligible for a return.

If the watch is as described and free from defects, a 25% assembly fee will apply to cover labor costs.

Pre-owned watches are not eligible for return unless stated otherwise.
